Is this a Shared Host or VPS?
1) Fix the Session Path Writable on the Server. Your Host should be able to do this.
2) Offload Sessions from the database by setting php as Sessions in configuration.php
3) Version: 10.2.44-MariaDB is very old and below minimum for J5. Upgrade to 10.6 or newer.
